gold level package ~ $99

Platinum Level Package ~ $149
Take it to the next level and choose from these services or stick to your normal.

- 80 min Body Scrub *receive complimentary scrub or lotion for home
The fine print: Membership requires a twelve (12) month commitment via Spa Catawba contract. Complimentary bonus or add-ons are received with each monthly service depending on which membership is chosen. Early contract termination is only approved with proof of a client moving more than 60 miles in proximity.
Cancellation forfeits all monthly bonuses and any complimentary services, perks and discounts received prior to termination will be owed. Memberships are NOT therapist specific and the contract is an agreement between client and Spa Catawba.
After twelve (12) months, client will be on an auto-renewed month to month agreement and client may continue receiving membership perks. Month-to-month contract continues until client submits a membership cancellation form. Remaining services that have not yet been used after membership cancellation will be added to the client’s account as an equivalent dollar amount. Members must adhere to Spa Catawba’s 24-hour cancellation policy.
Sales tax is applied to all services and products.
