This type of massage is typically slow, deep guided strokes and firm pressure along with a combination of therapeutic modalities designed to relieve severe tension and reach below the superficial muscles.

Range of motion and assisted stretching can be added to your deep, full-body massage.

CATAWBA CLASSIC MASSAGE

PRENATAL MASSAGE

A therapeutic massage that focuses on the special needs of the mother-to-be as her body goes through the dramatic changes of pregnancy. It enhances the function of muscles and joints, improves circulation and general body tone and relieves mental and physical fatigue.

Cold Stone Migraine & Sinus Therapy – This service combines the use of chilled marble stones, aromatherapy and a massage technique that focuses on the muscles of the scalp, face, neck and shoulders. The special stones are applied to the areas of the face and back of the neck to reduce inflammation that is often the root source of the pain.

Foot Scrub – This treatment uses our Eminence Stone Crop scrub to gently exfoliate revealing soft hydrated skin. Leave the spa with happy feet!
