WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
For your comfort and relaxation, we recommend you arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your treatment, allowing time to relax.
WHAT IF I AM LATE FOR MY APPOINTMENT?
Arriving late will simply shorten the time for your treatment, thus limiting your pleasure. Your treatment will end at the scheduled time so that the next guest will not be delayed. The full value of your treatment will be applied.
WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION POLICY?
We realize that sometimes plans change and life happens. Your spa treatments are reserved especially for you. We value your business and ask that you respect the spa’s scheduling policies. Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
Any cancellations with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full service amount.
WHAT DO I WEAR DURING MY TREATMENT?
Most body treatments are enjoyed without clothing. However, please dress comfortably. During all treatments, the body is fully draped, except for the area being worked on.
Terry cloth wraps are available for facial clients.
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL HEALTH CONCERNS?
If you have high blood pressure, allergies, or any other physical ailments or disabilities, please notify us when booking.
WHAT IF I AM PREGNANT?
While there are a few services that should be avoided during your pregnancy, there are many beneficial treatments that can be enjoyed. Please notify us if you are pregnant, so we may guide you in the right direction.
To preserve our tranquil atmosphere, we request that all cellular phones be turned off prior to entering Spa Catawba. For the privacy of our guests, any use of camera device is strictly prohibited.
IS THERE A MINIMUM AGE?
Guests under 16 are not permitted in our facility. Guests who are 16-18 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Identification may be required.
